It’s important that vulnerable customers receive the help they need. Not only does this assistance bring reassurance to families and struggling individuals, but it also benefits Local Authorities whom we work with. This is why our new partnership with Welfare Together is so important. 
 
We are proud to be the first debt resolution company to adopt a wholly separate welfare provision – ‘Welfare Together’.

Who is Welfare Together? 

Welfare Together is led by experienced welfare professionals. Their specialty lies in offering vital support to those in need, coupled with a genuine commitment to providing understanding and compassionate assistance to our Local Authority customers. Welfare Together’s specialist, highly-trained staff manage welfare cases, providing individually focused, one-to-one support to vulnerable customers, particularly those facing financial hardship in the current economic climate. 
 
Amidst the challenges faced by families and individuals due to the cost-of-living crisis, Welfare Together actively collaborates with Local Authorities and also partners with many agencies in the free debt advice sector. Their goal is to work with customers to create individualized plans that pave the way toward financial stability. Their efforts promise positive changes that can improve lives and communities.

Working together, Reventus and Welfare Together are set to aid Local Authorities in managing vulnerable customers. This combined effort will play a pivotal role in supporting families and individuals facing difficulties and falling into arrears.
