Reventus have committed to the Workplace Mental Health Charter
Reventus have always advocated for better recognition and conversation surrounding mental health. It doesn't matter if you're a struggling customer trying to overcome debt, or a valued member of the Reventus team, your mental health is important to us. This is why we are proud to have joined the Workplace Mental Health Charter.
The Charter is an active sign of our commitment to the mental wellbeing of our staff and customers. By signing the mental health workplace pledge, we have committed to:
Recognising that mental health challenges can be an issue within the workplace and employees may need support
Talking openly, respectfully and positively about mental health
Getting the conversaiton started around mental health and recognising we all have mental health, just like we have physical health
Actively supporting and informing your employees affected by mental health challenges
