ANTHONY QUINN (MESA) is our Managing Director 

Anthony has worked in the enforcement industry since 2000, having gained 5 years valuable experience in the Insolvency Sector as an Asset Recovery Agent. He was an Enforcement Manager for two national enforcement companies, where he developed his well-honed leadership skills. Anthony has represented one London Authority with PR campaigns to promote the services and image of the enforcement industry. He is widely renowned as being one of the most effective Enforcement Agents in London. Drawing on a wealth of enforcement experience. Anthony has established a reputation for providing unrivalled service delivery solutions to our Local Authority clients. He is a qualified member of the Enforcement Services Association and continues to hold the IRRV Taking Control of Goods accreditation. Anthony is a contact point for every client. 

SARA QUINN is our HR, Finance Director and Office Manager 

Sara has been with the company since 2010 and using her considerable hands-on skills brings extensive experience to the role. Previously, Sara was European HR Manager for a global PLC. This position followed several finance related roles over 18 years of service, including European Financial Analyst and Financial Accountant, heading up a team of twenty staff. She is responsible for finance, recruitment, training, HR policies and procedures. She is also a further contact point for clients. Sara sits on the CIVICA Product Advisory Board which targets the ongoing development of their platforms and has considerable knowledge of their applications. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

BARRY CONWAY is our Director of Services 

Barry joined the company in 2012. He is responsible for all services, particularly with full day-to-day control of IT, eTrace® and ContactMe®. He played a significant role in developing both eTrace® and ContactMe®, Reventus’ proprietary, cutting edge innovations. Having an in-depth knowledge of CollectWeb, IT systems and procedures, he also has a wealth of experience successfully managing operations, project management and implementation of new developments. Having spent over 40 years in running small and medium-sized businesses, he is used to operating and managing the end-to-end business function, from customer and client management, systems, processes and IT requirements, through to financial control and the recruiting, managing, training and motivating of teams of employees. He is skilled at communicating with clients and customers at all levels. He is knowledgeable in all matters relating to enforcement services. Barry audits the performance of several teams, ensuring that KPIs are maintained to the highest standard. Barry sits on the CIVICA Product Advisory Board. 

RAY HATCHARD (IRRV HONS) is our Sales and Client Services Director 

Ray joined the company in 2015 having over 31 years’ experience in local government where he was not only responsible for the collection and recovery of Council Tax and Business Rates, but also Penalty Charge Notices, Housing Rents, Sundry Debts and Social Services Income. He was the first local government officer in England to successfully obtain a liability order for non-payment of poll tax. He also has 9 years in the debt recovery industry as Board Director for a national enforcement company, where he successfully managed a number of large London contracts and developed a thorough understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and the provision of quality service delivery. He is currently on the Executive Committee of the IRRV Wessex Association. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

DAVID BRENCHLEY-KING (IRRV TECH) is our Compliance, Policy and Audit Director (Contract Manager) 

David joined the company in 2013. Since then, he has assisted in the development of our range of services to our clients and driving improvement in our internal processes and procedures. David was instrumental in the company obtaining ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and provides continuous governance on all matters relating to compliance, policy, and audit. He is responsible for ensuring the organisation identifies and implements changes to legislation and other directives. Prior to joining Reventus, David worked as a consultant for Luton Borough Council, as Head of Revenues for London Borough of Ealing, managing Business Rates and setting up bankruptcy processes, for all revenue types. He has also consulted for a large national enforcement company. Before becoming a consultant, David was Head of Revenues for London Borough of Greenwich and achieved year on year increases in collection. He managed the tender process and implemented the Academy IT system into Revenues, and also won the in-house Business Rates contract which was tendered under the VCT Regulations and Council Tax tendered under the CCT regulations. In addition, Revenues obtained the ISO 9001 accreditation, the first such accreditation to be obtained in the Council. 

TRACEY STONE is our Welfare Director 

Tracey joined the company in 2020. Tracey started in the Revenue recovery industry in 2004 within Local Government and following that moved to a large enforcement company. What she had experienced during this time within both roles was that the focus was purely on collecting the debts, without considering ability to pay or individual circumstances. Tracey strongly felt that there was a better way to collect revenues, by actively helping customers recover from debt and provide them with debt management strategies and signpost to support charities and organisations that could help. Tracey then started her own enforcement company, to change the way enforcement was dealt with. The processes and procedures that she implemented focused heavily on supporting the vulnerable and those that could not pay and differentiating them from those that would not pay. Due to the success of her model and the results that Tracey was achieving she soon gained Local Authority clients for being different. In the short time that Tracey has been with us she has already forged strong alliances with new partners that will benefit our customers and is further developing our existing Welfare Support Team. Tracey is a member of CICM, IRRV, CEAA, and a spokesperson for the Enforcement Law Review Group.
